Conference venues
HVL
The main venue for the conference is at HVL (Western Norway University of Applied Sciences). To get to HVL from downtown, take the lightrail to the stop «Kronstad» (9 to 13 minutes). The HVL campus is to your left. Tickets are bought using the Skyss Ticket App or at ticket machines at the rail stop.
Universitetsmuseet
Thursday morning begins with a visit to Bergen University Museum, established in 1825. This will also be the venue for the first keynote. To get to the University museum from downtown, walk up the main hill using Christies Gate, and be greeted at the main entrance (it is a five-minutes walk from the recommended conference hotel).
Fiskerimuseet
Thursday evening, the Fisheries Museum will host a tour and a dinner. To get there, take bus number 3, 4, 12, 16E or 19 to Sandvikstorget (direction north / «Åsane»). Bus tickets are bought using the Skyss Ticket App or onboard. Alternatively, it is a 35-minute walk from the recommended downtown hotel.
